About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Real Estate Broker to join a unique Dubai brokerage operating from a premium private members club. You will meet and host high‑net‑worth buyers, sellers and investors in an elevated environment, building lasting relationships and expanding your personal brand.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and engage with HNW and UHNW clients within the private club setting.
• Facilitate secondary market and off‑plan property transactions.
• Develop and nurture a network of buyers, sellers and investors.
• Represent the brokerage at community events and networking gatherings.

Required profile

• Proven success in Dubai real‑estate sales.
• Deep knowledge of the Dubai property market.
• Experience with secondary and off‑plan sales.
• Established network of buyers and investors.
• Confidence working with high‑net‑worth clients.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and commercial drive.
