About the role
This is a fully commission‑based position with high earning potential, based in Dubai. The role focuses on selling and managing property listings while building lasting client relationships.
Required profile
- Strong sales skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Excellent customer service skills to build trust and maintain long‑term client relationships.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven ability to work on‑site, manage multiple clients and properties, and meet performance targets.
- Comfort with using CRM systems, online listing platforms, and basic digital marketing tools.
