Real Estate Manager – AMET (Africa, Middle East & Turkey)

About the role

We are looking for a Real Estate Manager to drive real‑estate initiatives across Africa, the Middle East and Turkey (AMET). The role ensures project milestones are tracked, processes move forward and stakeholders stay aligned while launching new facilities.

Key responsibilities

• Track progress across multiple real‑estate and construction projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and data integrity in tools such as Smartsheet and Excel.
• Coordinate due‑diligence activities including environmental, zoning, legal and permitting reviews.
• Schedule and lead project meetings, manage calendars and communicate action items.
• Manage purchase orders, review invoices and support budget tracking.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Legal, Finance, Construction, Engineering) and external partners to streamline workflows.
• Drive continuous improvement in reporting, tools and project‑management processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project‑management experience.
• Proven experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
• Experience owning end‑to‑end program strategy and delivering results to senior leadership.
• PMP certification.
• 5+ years in commercial real‑estate, industrial site development or construction.
• Strong stakeholder‑management experience in cross‑functional projects.

• Advanced Excel (pivot tables, charts, complex formulas, data cleansing).
• Data‑visualisation and reporting tools.
