Real Estate Manager – AMET (Africa, Middle East & Turkey)

About the role

Amazon is seeking a Real Estate Program Manager to support the delivery of real estate initiatives across Africa, Middle East and Turkey (AMET). This role will enable teams to launch and scale new facilities by tracking milestones, moving processes forward, and keeping stakeholders aligned.

Key responsibilities

• Track progress across multiple real estate and construction projects to ensure on‑time, on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure data integrity in project tracking tools such as Smartsheet, Excel, or proprietary systems.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts including environmental, zoning, legal, and permitting reviews.
• Schedule and run project meetings, manage calendars, and ensure clear communication of action items and next steps.
• Manage purchase orders, review invoices, and support budget tracking.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline workflows, reduce blockers, and drive execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in tools, reporting, and project management processes.

Required profile

• 5+ years of program or project management experience.
• Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements.
• Experience owning program strategy, end‑to‑end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
• PMP certification.
• Experience in commercial real estate or lease administration within an industrial, commercial, or data‑center environment.
• 5+ years of driving process improvements experience.
• Master’s degree or MBA in business, operations, or a related field (preferred).
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUP, VBA, etc.).
• 5+ years of managing stakeholders in cross‑functional projects.
• 4+ years of data visualization and reporting tools experience.
