Real Estate Marketing Manager

About the role

Christie’s International Real Estate is seeking a commercially driven Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead secondary and off‑plan marketing across Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah. The role focuses on generating qualified leads, securing listings and delivering measurable revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute targeted secondary market campaigns to generate seller enquiries and attract qualified buyers.
• Lead off‑plan marketing strategies for developer projects, new launches and investment opportunities.
• Design high‑performing digital campaigns, overseeing Google Ads, Meta campaigns, SEO, property portals and social media.
• Maintain CRM segmentation, manage email and WhatsApp sequences, newsletters and lead‑nurturing workflows.
• Ensure website content, forms and landing pages are up‑to‑date and functional.
• Align marketing initiatives with sales teams to translate investment into transactions.

Required profile

• Proven track record in UAE real estate marketing, especially secondary sales and luxury residential resale.
• Demonstrated success generating qualified buyer and seller leads that convert into revenue.
• Strong analytical, commercial mindset with budget management experience.
• Leadership experience managing a marketing team and external agencies.
