Community Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Community Manager to establish and lead community management operations in Abu Dhabi, building the function from the ground up and delivering an exceptional living experience for residents from the first handover.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the community management operating model, service standards, policies, and procedures.
• Lead operational readiness and coordinate the transition from project delivery to resident operations.
• Oversee daily operations of shared facilities, amenities, access control, and community services.
• Manage resident relations, move‑in coordination, communications, complaints, and service requests.
• Coordinate and monitor facilities management, security, and other service providers.
• Manage community budgets, service levels, operational performance, and reporting.
• Develop and lead the community management team as the development progresses.
• Ensure compliance with relevant Abu Dhabi regulations and community management requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field.
• 8–12 years of experience in community or property management, preferably within large residential or mixed‑use developments in the GCC.
• Proven experience launching a community or managing the transition from construction handover to operations.
• Strong experience managing outsourced facilities and security contracts.
• Experience in luxury residential, waterfront, island, or resort developments is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and budgeting skills.
• Familiarity with community management systems, CRM platforms, and digital reporting tools.
• Professional certifications such as CMCA, M‑100, or similar are an advantage.
