Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

Siemens Energy is seeking a Real Estate Project Manager to lead construction, fit‑out and large‑scale maintenance projects across the Rest of World (RoW) hub. Based in Abu Dhabi, you will coordinate projects ranging from new builds up to €50 million to maintenance works above €1.5 million, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and in line with Siemens Energy’s Zero Harm safety culture.

Key responsibilities

• Define project scope, develop detailed plans, and manage procurement, contracting and budgeting.
• Oversee construction execution, monitor schedules, control costs and ensure quality standards.
• Track change orders, manage submittals and maintain accurate daily logs, progress and financial reports in the OnePM system.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, external vendors and operators to minimise operational disruption.
• Present regular status updates to executive leadership and project sponsors.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience (120 months) in construction project management.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑euro projects in an international environment.
• Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
• Willingness to travel up to 50 % of the time.
