Real Estate Project Manager

About the role

The Real Estate Project Manager will operate from the CEO’s Office, leading strategic real‑estate projects and corporate restructuring initiatives across the UAE and GCC. You will act as the central hub for cross‑functional coordination, translating consultant inputs into actionable plans and keeping senior leadership informed.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate cross‑functional strategic projects from the head office, involving Finance, Legal, Sales/Admin, Operations, IT/ERP and external consultants.
• Develop and maintain project documentation such as minutes of meetings, decision logs, dashboards and regular CEO updates.
• Manage project timelines, owners, deadlines and dependencies using project‑tracking tools.
• Ensure compliance with UAE/GCC regulations and facilitate coordination with local authorities.
• Travel across the UAE/GCC as required for project phases, office liaison and authority coordination.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Commerce, Law, Management, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of project‑management experience, including at least 3 years within the UAE/GCC.
• Experience in real‑estate strategic projects and corporate restructuring.
• Strong business acumen, logical reasoning and attention to detail.
• Fluent verbal Arabic and English; excellent written English for documentation and presentations.
• High confidentiality, professional maturity and a dynamic, assertive personality.

What we offer

• Full‑time schedule: Sunday to Friday, 9 hours per day (8:30 – 17:30).
