Real Estate Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on Real Estate Recruiter who knows the Dubai property market from the inside. You will own the full recruitment cycle for sales agents and team leaders, proactively headhunting top talent.

Key responsibilities

• Source, attract and hire real estate agents, team leaders and sales managers across off‑plan and secondary teams.
• Headhunt actively through LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, personal networks, referrals, Instagram and industry events.
• Run the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding, including salary and commission discussions.
• Maintain ATS accuracy and report weekly on pipeline, time‑to‑hire and conversion metrics.

Required profile

• 3+ years of recruitment experience in Dubai real estate, either in‑house or at an agency.
• Proven track record hiring for both off‑plan and secondary sales teams.
• Strong network within Dubai brokerages is a plus.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and advanced sourcing techniques (Boolean search).
• Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
