Real Estate Sales Agent - Abu Dhabi

About the role

Address Point Properties, a real estate consultancy in Abu Dhabi with more than 15 years of experience, is looking for a Real Estate Sales Agent to join its team. The company maintains an extensive database of properties across Abu Dhabi and Dubai, from luxury apartments and villas to commercial spaces and residential plots.

Key responsibilities

• Generate leads and convert prospects into clients across residential and commercial segments
• Conduct property viewings in key areas such as Al Reem Island, Saadiyat Island, Masdar City and Al Raha Beach
• Guide clients through buying, selling and leasing transactions
• Negotiate deals and close sales to meet monthly targets
• Maintain the CRM database with accurate client and transaction records
• Represent the company at developer launches and networking events

Required profile

• Valid RERA license or ability to obtain one immediately
• 1-2 years of real estate sales experience in the UAE (strongly driven candidates considered)
• Fluent English; Arabic is highly advantageous
• Valid UAE driving licence and legal right to work in the UAE
• Preferred: knowledge of Abu Dhabi communities and the off-plan market, CRM software proficiency, existing client network
