About the role

MVP Real Estate is looking for ambitious and motivated Real Estate Sales Professionals to join its growing sales team in Dubai. The ideal candidate should have Dubai real estate experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to build relationships with clients while achieving sales targets.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and investing in Dubai real estate properties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable property options.
• Conduct property presentations, viewings, and negotiations.
• Follow up with leads and manage the sales process from inquiry to closing.
• Achieve sales targets through effective communication and market knowledge.
• Coordinate with internal teams for marketing and administrative support.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 months of Dubai real estate experience.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Driven, target‑oriented, and motivated to achieve sales goals.
• Ability to build client relationships and manage sales opportunities.
• Strong knowledge of the Dubai real estate market and property sales processes.
• Familiarity with client handling and negotiation techniques.
• Understanding of sales strategies and lead conversion.
