Real Estate Sales Agent

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and results‑driven Real Estate Sales Agent to join DOVAQ REAL ESTATE LLC SOC in Dubai. The role focuses on generating leads, building client relationships and promoting residential and commercial properties to achieve monthly sales targets in the UAE market.

Key responsibilities

• Generate and develop new leads through calls, referrals, networking and digital platforms.
• Identify client property requirements and recommend suitable residential or commercial properties.
• Promote and market properties to prospective buyers and investors, conducting viewings and providing accurate information on prices, locations and payment plans.
• Negotiate offers and support clients throughout the sales process until completion.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, client interactions and sales activities.
• Stay updated on Dubai’s real‑estate market, developments, pricing trends and regulations.
• Achieve and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Coordinate with internal teams and developers to ensure smooth transaction processes.

Required profile

• Previous experience in real‑estate sales, property sales or a related sales role (preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer‑service and relationship‑building abilities.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Good knowledge of the Dubai/UAE real‑estate market (advantage).
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
