Real Estate Sales Agent - Off-Plan & Secondary Market

About the role

A boutique real estate agency in Dubai is hiring 11 full-time, on-site Real Estate Sales Agents, including 2 immediate openings. Candidates work with buyers, sellers and investors across the off-plan and secondary property markets.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain client relationships.
• Respond to property inquiries and arrange viewings.
• Promote property listings and investment opportunities.
• Follow up with prospective clients and negotiate transactions.
• Build a strong sales pipeline and work toward sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 months of real estate sales experience.
• Experience in off-plan and/or secondary market sales.
• Fluent English; Russian, French and other languages are advantageous.
• Existing RERA certification is not required; willingness to complete the certification process is expected.
• Professional, self-motivated and results-oriented.

Required skills

• Negotiation, lead generation and client relationship management.
• Property marketing and sales closing.
• Customer service and business development.
