Real Estate Team Manager

About the role

SUE Global Realty operates in Bangkok and Dubai, helping clients buy, sell and invest in properties across Thailand and the UAE. It is looking for an experienced Team Manager to lead its Dubai office, where you will run the team's daily sales activities on off-plan and secondary properties, work closely with management to grow the business and deliver a professional client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop a team of property consultants.
• Set sales targets, track team performance, pipeline and conversions.
• Coach agents on prospecting, follow-up, viewings, negotiation and closing.
• Support agents with complex deals and help resolve transaction issues.
• Recruit and onboard new consultants as the team grows.
• Monitor lead allocation, response times and CRM records.
• Oversee listing quality, accuracy and advertising permit requirements.
• Build relationships with developers, property owners and industry partners.
• Coordinate with marketing to improve campaign quality and lead conversion.
• Keep the team informed about market developments and DLD/RERA requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in Dubai real estate with a track record of sales and team leadership.
• Strong knowledge of off-plan or secondary sales; experience in both is an advantage.
• Ability to coach experienced consultants and guide freshers.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage.
• A valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
