Real Estate Sales Consultant

About the role

Join haus & haus, an award‑winning real‑estate agency in Dubai, as a Sales Consultant. You will work in a fast‑moving market, building long‑term client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

Key responsibilities

• Make daily outbound calls to potential landlords and sellers.
• Conduct market appraisals and list properties in the Reapit CRM system.
• Qualify clients, arrange viewings and act as a negotiator to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes.
• Maintain regular contact with clients, fostering trust and transparency.
• Keep accurate records of properties, clients and owners.

Required profile

• Genuine passion for real estate and a desire to expand industry knowledge.
• Strong customer‑service orientation and excellent communication skills.
• Self‑motivated with a solid work ethic and an energetic, collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Experience using the Reapit CRM platform.
