Real Estate Sales Representative (Commission Only)

About the role

LUXVEN Real Estate is seeking motivated, entrepreneurial sales professionals to join our Dubai team. This full‑time, commission‑only position offers unlimited earning potential for agents who thrive on closing property deals and building client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and nurture potential property buyers and investors.
• Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the transaction process.
• Maintain and update client information in the company CRM system.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to promote listings and generate leads.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 1 year of experience in sales or real‑estate brokerage.
• Strong communication, negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
• Self‑disciplined, goal‑oriented and comfortable working in a commission‑driven environment.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.
• UAE driving licence preferred but not mandatory.
