Real Estate Sales Trainer (Dubai)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Real Estate Sales Trainer to join our Dubai team. You will design and deliver engaging, practical training that equips our agents with the knowledge and confidence to succeed in the dynamic Dubai property market.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver comprehensive training programmes covering onboarding, sales techniques, call handling, objection management and role‑playing.
• Provide market and project knowledge updates, focusing on Dubai communities, developers, off‑plan and secondary market sales.
• Coach both new and seasoned agents through classroom sessions and hands‑on practice.
• Assess agent performance, identify improvement areas and implement targeted coaching.
• Maintain up‑to‑date training materials that reflect the full Dubai property sales cycle.

Required profile

• Strong experience in the Dubai real estate market, preferably within a brokerage or developer.
• Proven background in sales training, coaching or sales management.
• Native‑level English communication and presentation skills.
• Deep understanding of prospecting, qualification, objection handling, follow‑ups and closing in Dubai.
• Ability to train agents of all experience levels and deliver energetic classroom sessions.
