About the role

Huspy, the leading proptech company in the EMEA region, is seeking a Real Estate Specialist to join its Abu Dhabi team. You will work with high‑net‑worth clients and developers, providing end‑to‑end advisory in the luxury residential segment.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and nurture long‑term relationships with high‑net‑worth clients and leading developers.
• Guide buyers and investors through the entire transaction process, focusing on luxury residential properties.
• Leverage deep market intelligence to advise clients on high‑yield property offerings and upcoming developments.
• Proactively generate new leads and expand referral pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and brokers to close deals and achieve ambitious sales targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months of direct real‑estate experience in the UAE, preferably Abu Dhabi.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation and presentation abilities.
• Self‑motivated, able to drive individual results while contributing to a team.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Passion for staying informed on market trends, new developments and inventory.
