About the role

We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead the recruitment of high‑performing real‑estate agents and sales professionals in Dubai. The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of the local property market with a strong industry network to attract top sales talent in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end recruitment of Real Estate Agents and Sales Professionals.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified real‑estate candidates.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and industry networks.
• Conduct initial interviews, assess suitability, and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Achieve recruitment KPIs, meet hiring targets and timelines.
• Support employer branding and talent attraction initiatives.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring reports.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in real‑estate recruitment or talent acquisition in Dubai.
• Strong understanding of the Dubai real‑estate market and its talent landscape.
• Established network of real‑estate agents and sales professionals (highly preferred).
• Track record of meeting recruitment targets and hiring sales talent.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Chinese or another language is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities and thrive in a target‑driven environment.
