Real Estate Team Development Leader

About the role

Casabella PB LLC, a real estate agency established in 2002 and active across residential, commercial, leasing and investment portfolios in Dubai, is looking for a Real Estate Team Development Leader. The role is full time and on site, and focuses on building, training and coaching a team of real estate agents.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, attract and onboard real estate agents who fit the company's values, and build a diverse team with complementary skills.
• Design and run training on sales, client management and compliance, and set up mentoring, peer coaching and continuous learning.
• Coach performance using KPIs without micromanagement, with regular one-on-one sessions supporting each agent's growth.
• Nurture a purpose-driven team atmosphere and empower agents to self-manage and own their results.
• Set up efficient systems and processes (CRM, follow-up structures, training modules) and support the use of technology and AI tools.
• Work with marketing, operations and leadership to align goals and agent needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Psychology or Organizational Development.
• Real estate license in your jurisdiction (mandatory).
• Coaching or leadership certification (ICF, NLP or team coaching preferred).
• 5+ years in real estate, ideally in sales or team leadership, with proven experience building and scaling sales or brokerage teams.
• Experience training new and experienced agents, and a background in people development, coaching or transformational leadership.

Required skills

• High emotional intelligence and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience with collaborative systems rather than command-and-control structures.
• Tech-savviness with CRM systems, social media and AI tools.
• Excellent communication, mentoring and public speaking skills.
