Real Estate Team Manager

About the role

Cresco Real Estate is a leading real estate firm in Dubai, specialising in buying, selling, and leasing properties. We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Real Estate Team Manager to lead our team of brokers and drive performance to the next level.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise, mentor, and motivate a team of real estate brokers to achieve sales and leasing targets.
• Monitor individual and team performance, providing regular feedback, coaching, and support.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve team productivity, client acquisition, and market presence.
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members’ skills and knowledge of the Dubai real estate market.
• Analyse market trends and competition to provide insights and recommendations to the team.
• Ensure exceptional customer service is delivered by all team members, resolving any client issues when necessary.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role in Dubai.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field (preferred).
• Valid UAE real estate broker licence (mandatory).
• Multilingual abilities (e.g., English, Arabic, Russian, or Hindi) are an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Experience using real estate software.
