Real Estate Telecaller / Sales Agent – Dubai

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic Telecallers and Sales Agents to promote Indian property projects to a global audience from our Dubai office. You will be the first point of contact for prospective buyers, presenting premium developments and guiding them through the purchase process.

Key responsibilities

• Initiate outbound calls and respond to inbound inquiries from NRI and HNI clients.
• Present Indian real‑estate projects, explain features, pricing and investment benefits.
• Generate and qualify leads, maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report performance metrics.
• Collaborate with marketing and senior sales teams to align outreach strategies.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of experience in the Indian real‑estate sector.
• Prior exposure to NRI or high‑net‑worth client interactions is preferred.
• Currently residing in Dubai and able to work on‑site.
