Senior Executive – Urban Planning (National Talent)

About the role

Join Dubai Holding Land Estates to support the preparation of re‑master planning and development proposals, ensuring alignment with the Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan and sustainable urban development goals.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare research, technical studies, planning analysis, presentations and documentation for management review.
• Conduct benchmarking, site case analysis, land‑use assessments, and review existing site conditions and infrastructure.
• Maintain and update development statistics, LUB tracker and planning databases, including population forecasts.
• Support community facilities provision analysis and allocation against population and planning needs.
• Review and process VAS applications (land‑use change, additional height, GFA, amalgamation, subdivision) and prepare technical assessments.
• Prepare and update Development Control Regulations (DCRs) and related planning documents.
• Support master‑plan and dataset reviews submitted by development teams or consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in urban planning or related field.
• Reliability, accuracy and confidentiality in handling documentation.
• Adherence to company policies and procedures for data processing.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Advanced proficiency in SketchUp.
