Real Estate Videographer

About the role

We are looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Real Estate Videographer to produce high‑quality video content for residential and commercial properties. The ideal candidate has strong camera skills, an eye for composition, and experience creating engaging property tours, social media reels, and promotional content.

Key responsibilities

• Film high‑quality property tours, walkthroughs, and promotional videos using professional cameras, gimbals, lighting and audio equipment.
• Create short‑form vertical videos for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other social platforms.
• Edit footage with color correction, sound design, transitions, music, captions and branding to meet company standards.
• Coordinate with agents, brokers and clients to understand content requirements and ensure timely delivery.
• Manage footage, backups, files and project archives efficiently.

Required profile

• Proven videography experience, preferably in real estate, hospitality, architecture or luxury lifestyle.
• Strong knowledge of professional cameras, lenses, gimbles, lighting and audio equipment.
• Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or Final Cut Pro.
• Portfolio or showreel demonstrating relevant work.
