Reception & Call Center Specialist

About the role

Dr. Firas Dental & Orthodontic Center is seeking a Reception & Call Center Specialist to be the first point of contact for patients and callers. The role combines front‑desk duties with high‑volume call handling in a fast‑paced dental clinic.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients, manage check‑in procedures and provide on‑site assistance.
• Answer and route a high volume of incoming telephone calls, responding to patient inquiries and routine clinical questions.
• Schedule, confirm, reschedule and update appointments, coordinating availability with dental practitioners.
• Register new patients, maintain accurate records and update personal details in the clinic’s software.
• Handle patient service issues while ensuring strict confidentiality of medical records.
• Perform general administrative tasks such as data entry and filing.

Required profile

• Full verbal and written fluency in Arabic and English.
• Proven experience in front‑desk, reception, customer service or call‑center environments, preferably within a dental or medical setting.
• Mid‑level career experience.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office applications.
• Clinic appointment scheduling system.
• Data‑entry proficiency.

What we offer

• Competitive salary ranging from AED 3,500 to AED 6,500 per month.
• Full‑time, on‑site position in Abu Dhabi.
