Reception & Reservations Manager – Future Opening

About the role

Join La Petite Maison as we launch a new beachfront restaurant in Dubai. As the Reception & Reservations Manager you will be the first voice guests hear, shaping their experience before they even step onto the sand.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, train and schedule a small reservations team, establishing service standards.
• Manage the reservations book, maximise covers and balance peak and quiet periods.
• Develop and maintain detailed guest profiles, including preferences, VIP status and special occasions.
• Collaborate with Guest Relations, Front‑of‑House and management on guest flow, VIP handling and special requests.
• Handle escalations, large group bookings and bespoke requests with professionalism.
• Ensure guest data is accurate, confidential and leveraged for revenue optimisation.

Required profile

• 3–5 years experience in reservations or guest relations within luxury hospitality.
• Proven team‑lead experience, preferably in a high‑end restaurant setting.
• Polished, warm communication style in English; additional languages are a plus.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and calm under pressure.
• Commercial mindset with a focus on covers and revenue.

Required skills

• Experience with reservation platforms such as SevenRooms or similar systems.
