Receptionist – Abu Dhabi International Airport Business Park

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Receptionist to be the first point of contact for guests at our Abu Dhabi International Airport Business Park location. You will manage check‑in and check‑out procedures, handle payments and provide accurate information about the hotel and surrounding area.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests, visitors and suppliers in line with brand standards.
• Answer telephone calls and provide information on promotions, room rates, activities and local events.
• Process reservations, cancellations and payments accurately following cash‑handling procedures.
• Identify corporate leads and build long‑term relationships.
• Drive online name mentions and promote customer feedback.
• Carry out general office duties such as correspondence, email handling and filing.
• Maintain appropriate stock of supplies and reception stationery.
• Communicate guest requests and complaints to relevant departments for smooth service delivery.
• Ensure guest safety in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines.

Required profile

• Customer‑oriented approach with excellent communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible, agile and able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Proactive with excellent organisational abilities.
• Minimum of one‑year experience as a hotel receptionist in a front‑office department.
• Arabic speaking, reading and writing proficiency.
