About the role
The Receptionist/Host will be the first point of contact for guests, guiding them through self‑check‑in and check‑out kiosks and ensuring a smooth start to their stay.
Key responsibilities
- Assist guests with self‑check‑in/out kiosks and provide information on hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest inquiries and minor issues promptly, escalating when necessary.
- Connect guests with appropriate hotel departments and support front‑office operations.
- Maintain a welcoming, authentic and energetic Radisson atmosphere in all interactions.
Required profile
- Dynamic, people‑oriented with a positive, solution‑focused mindset.
- Engaging, self‑motivated and passionate about hospitality.
- Comfortable communicating in English; Russian language skills are a plus.
- Enjoys music, art and fashion and can bring creativity to guest experiences.
Required skills
- Experience working with IT systems and self‑service technology.
- Fluent in English; Russian language ability considered an advantage.
