Receptionist – Clinic Abshar

About the role

Clinic Abshar within Royal Health Al Salam Specialized Hospital in Abu Dhabi is looking for a full-time receptionist. The role covers welcoming patients, managing appointments and handling day-to-day reception tasks.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome patients and visitors politely
• Book, confirm, cancel and reschedule appointments
• Answer phone calls, WhatsApp messages and patient inquiries
• Register patients and update their information in the clinic system
• Coordinate appointments with doctors and nurses
• Handle billing, payments, receipts and insurance documentation when required
• Explain clinic services and direct patients to the right department
• Maintain patient confidentiality and organise medical records
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean and professional
• Follow clinic policies and applicable UAE healthcare regulations

Required profile

• Good communication skills in English and Arabic
• Previous clinic or hospital reception experience preferred
• Friendly attitude, professional appearance and good customer service
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure

Required skills

• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and appointment systems
