About the role
Caucasus Auto is seeking a friendly, customer‑focused Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and callers. You will support the office with a range of administrative tasks while maintaining a professional front‑desk environment.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, and guests in a professional manner.
- Answer, direct and manage incoming calls and inquiries, including WhatsApp messages.
- Handle reception‑related administrative tasks and maintain an organized reception area.
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
Required profile
- Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience in reception, customer service, or administration is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Professional, friendly, and presentable personality with strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
Required skills
- Basic computer skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office applications.
