About the role
We are looking for a professional Receptionist to join our Dubai office, supporting our Emiratization initiative. The role involves greeting VIP guests, handling calls and appointments, and ensuring a smooth front‑desk experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome VIP guests and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage incoming calls, schedule appointments, and handle correspondence.
- Oversee front‑desk operations and maintain an organized reception area.
- Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate daily business activities.
- Uphold confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
