Receptionist & Guest Experience Executive (UAE National)

About the role

The Luxury Closet is seeking a warm, professional, and well‑spoken Receptionist & Guest Experience Executive to be the first point of contact for clients, VIP sellers, and guests visiting its office and warehouse hub. This dedicated UAE National role represents the brand, delivering exceptional hospitality and ensuring a flawless first impression.

Key responsibilities

• Warmly welcome all clients, VIP sellers, partners, and candidates, providing a luxurious and comfortable experience.
• Oversee visitor check‑in, security logging, issue visitor passes and notify relevant team members.
• Maintain reception and waiting areas to high luxury standards of cleanliness and presentation.
• Manage front‑desk appointment calendar, coordinating meetings, seller drop‑offs and client consultations.
• Serve as primary contact for walk‑in clients and sellers, guiding them through drop‑off or inquiry processes.
• Coordinate scheduling and setup of conference and meeting rooms, ensuring amenities are ready.
• Provide lightweight administrative support to HR and Office Operations during peak periods.

Required profile

• UAE National (Emiratization requirement).
• High School Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree.
• Excellent spoken and written Arabic and English.
• Outstanding communication with a polished, professional demeanor.
• Strong multitasking ability, staying calm and organized in a busy front‑desk environment.
• Comfortable using basic office tools and systems.
