About the role

Talentspoc is looking for a courteous Receptionist to be the first point of contact for visitors and clients. You will help create a positive impression and support the smooth daily operation of the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain office calendars.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
  • Perform general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
  • Assist with coordinating meetings and events as needed.

Required profile

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a receptionist or front‑desk role (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other office software.
