About the role

Land Sterling is looking for a polished and highly organised Receptionist to be the first point of contact for clients, visitors and internal stakeholders. The role combines front‑desk duties with administrative support and lead management for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors, manage access and maintain a professional reception environment.
  • Answer, direct and take messages for incoming calls.
  • Coordinate appointments, meeting room bookings and travel arrangements.
  • Provide general administrative support such as document preparation, filing and equipment monitoring.
  • Upload and maintain new leads in the company’s sales portal, ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the sales team on lead status and follow‑ups.

Required profile

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a Receptionist, Front Office or similar client‑facing role.
  • Excellent communication skills in English and a professional presentation.
  • Strong administrative capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Experience in the real‑estate sector is highly preferred.
