Receptionist – Luxury Resort Front Desk

About the role

The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for guests at Rixos Bab Al Bahr, a five‑star beachfront resort in Ras Al Khaimah. You will deliver high‑quality customer service, manage front‑office communications and support the smooth flow of guests throughout the property.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
• Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls on multiple lines.
• Schedule and confirm appointments, follow‑up visits and classes.
• Maintain accurate guest records and handle daily mail and deliveries.
• Monitor order status and inform guests of any delays.
• Keep the reception area tidy and stocked with necessary materials.
• Participate in mandatory communication meetings.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in a receptionist, front‑office or similar role (preferred but not mandatory).
• Strong customer‑service orientation and organizational abilities.
• Ability to work in a multicultural, fast‑paced hospitality environment.
• Additional foreign language skills (e.g., Russian or German) are an asset.

Required skills

• Operation of multi‑line phone systems.
• Basic computer usage for record‑keeping and email.
