About the role
The Guest Experience Expert at our hotel ensures every guest enjoys a smooth and memorable stay, from check‑in to check‑out. As a front‑desk ambassador you will guide guests through their entire experience, handling operational tasks and responding to requests with a hands‑on approach.
Key responsibilities
- Provide efficient check‑in and check‑out services for all guests.
- Process operational needs and complete daily reports.
- Address guest requests promptly and share local area highlights.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and professional front‑desk environment.
- Uphold company policies, confidentiality, and quality standards throughout the shift.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
