Recreation Attendant – Guest Activities and Wellness

About the role

Join the vibrant Hotels team at The WB™ Abu Dhabi and create memorable experiences for guests through a variety of recreational programs. You will lead fitness classes, sports games, and children’s activities while ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate fitness classes, sports events, and children’s programs, actively engaging guests.
• Monitor recreational areas for safety and cleanliness, reporting any equipment or facility issues promptly.
• Provide friendly, professional customer service, responding to guest inquiries and promoting activity offerings.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to support events, assisting with setup and breakdown.
• Contribute ideas to enhance recreational programs and promote wellness initiatives.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recreation, hospitality, or customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred.
