About the role
As a Recreation Attendant at Waldorf Astoria Ras Al Khaimah, you will be the first point of contact for guests seeking leisure activities and memorable experiences. You will work closely with the hotel team to ensure the recreation area runs smoothly and guests leave with a smile.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests with inquiries about recreational facilities and programs.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of pool, gym, and other leisure areas.
- Set up and oversee daily activities, equipment, and events for guests of all ages.
- Monitor usage of facilities, enforce health and safety standards, and report any issues.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments to coordinate special events and guest requests.
Required profile
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive attitude with a genuine desire to enhance guest experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and assist guests as needed.
