Recruiter – Full-Cycle Recruitment in Abu Dhabi

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions in Abu Dhabi, supporting our construction projects and ensuring the right talent is in place to deliver on our vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and onboarding.
• Clarify job requirements, draft targeted job postings and define search strategies.
• Utilise job boards, social media and industry networks to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical interviews and cultural fit assessments.
• Use aptitude assessment tools to support candidate evaluation and advise hiring managers.
• Prepare regular reports on open positions and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies, headhunters and the Public Relations Officer for visa and labour documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE construction sector.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication and organisational abilities.
• Passion, dedication and a meticulous, independent work style.
• Ability to thrive in a multicultural, team‑oriented environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with LinkedIn and other job board platforms (e.g., Indeed).
• Experience using social media platforms for talent sourcing.
• Familiarity with aptitude assessment tools.
