Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Talent Acquisition in Abu Dhabi

About the role

As a Recruiter based in Abu Dhabi, you will own the end‑to‑end talent acquisition process for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions within a leading construction company. You will act as the bridge between project requirements and top‑tier talent, ensuring the right people are hired to deliver on the company's vision.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full‑cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Draft targeted job postings and define search strategies for specific candidate groups.
• Utilise job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed), social media and industry networks to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings, technical interviews and coordinate final interviews with hiring managers.
• Apply aptitude assessment tools to support candidate evaluation and advise hiring departments.
• Prepare regular reports on open positions and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law, company policies and quality standards.
• Collaborate with external recruitment agencies and headhunters.
• Coordinate visa processing and labour documentation together with the Public Relations Officer.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE construction sector.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication and organisational abilities.
• High affinity for social media and IT tools.
• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a meticulous work style.
