Recruiter (Hospitality, Airline & Cruise)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for hospitality, airline and cruise liner operations. The role involves full‑cycle hiring, specialist sourcing and extensive stakeholder management across multiple branches in the UAE.

Key responsibilities

• End‑to‑End hiring for hospitality, airline and cruise liner positions.
• Specialist sourcing through direct search, job portals and industry‑specific channels.
• Managing relationships with recruitment agencies, training institutes and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinating multi‑branch recruitment activities and frequent travel across Abu Dhabi locations.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of pure recruitment/talent acquisition experience.
• Proven track record in hospitality, airline (cabin crew/ground staff) or cruise liner recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration or related field.
• Based in or willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi; valid UAE driving licence preferred.
• Energetic, self‑driven professional comfortable with fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with ATS and job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and Naukri.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processes (preferred).
