Recruiter – Hospitality & Aviation Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to lead talent acquisition for hospitality, airline and cruise sectors across multiple branches in the UAE. The role involves end‑to‑end hiring, specialist sourcing and building strong networks with agencies and institutes.

Key responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding for cabin crew, ground staff and hospitality positions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, educational institutes and internal stakeholders.
• Utilise multiple job portals and ATS platforms to attract qualified candidates.
• Travel across Abu Dhabi and other branch locations to support hiring needs.

Required profile

• 8‑10 years of pure recruitment experience, preferably within hospitality, airline or cruise industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
• Self‑driven, energetic professional comfortable with fast‑paced, multi‑branch environment.
• Based in Abu Dhabi or willing to relocate; UAE driving licence preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with ATS and major job portals such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, Indeed, GulfTalent and Naukri.
• Familiarity with UAE labour law and visa processes is advantageous.
