About the role

Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a driven, people‑focused Recruiter to join its growing HR team in Dubai. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, source top talent, and ensure a professional candidate experience in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and deliver relevant talent.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline across multiple functions.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience hiring across multiple functions or nationalities is an advantage.
• Proactive, target‑driven and highly organized with strong stakeholder management.
