Recruiter – Middle East Talent Acquisition

About the role

The Recruiter will manage end‑to‑end recruitment across a broad range of roles for Wasserman’s Middle East business. Working closely with hiring managers, regional leadership and the People team, you will define hiring needs, build strong candidate pipelines and deliver an excellent recruitment experience from brief to offer.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle across Middle East roles, from intake and sourcing through interviews, offers and handover to onboarding.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand business needs, role requirements and the capabilities required for success.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify high‑quality talent across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and the wider region.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs, using LinkedIn, professional networks, referrals and recruitment platforms.
• Screen and assess candidates for technical fit and cultural alignment, coordinate interview processes and ensure a positive experience for all parties.
• Advise hiring managers on market conditions, recruitment strategy and candidate availability, and support offer development and negotiations.
• Maintain accurate recruitment data, provide visibility on pipeline health and metrics, and champion inclusive hiring practices.

Required profile

• Previous experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within the Middle East.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment across multiple roles simultaneously.
• Strong direct sourcing and candidate‑identification skills, with good knowledge of the UAE and broader Middle East talent landscape.
• Excellent communication, relationship‑building and organisational skills, with a proactive, solutions‑oriented approach.
• Confidence partnering with senior stakeholders and advising hiring managers, and a commitment to high‑quality candidate experience.
