Recruiter – Sourcing & Delivery (6‑month contract)

About the role

Salt is seeking a proactive Recruiter with strong agency experience to support sourcing, headhunting and candidate delivery for fast‑moving client requirements in the Middle East. The role is ideal for candidates who excel at engaging passive talent and managing pipelines in a target‑driven environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source and headhunt candidates across live roles.
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines.
• Conduct candidate screening, qualification and shortlist preparation.
• Manage candidates through the recruitment process from initial outreach to submission.
• Utilise LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and market mapping to identify talent.
• Partner closely with consultants to understand role requirements and delivery priorities.

Required profile

• Previous recruitment agency experience (essential).
• Strong headhunting and sourcing capability.
• Advanced Boolean search skills.
• Excellent candidate management and communication abilities.
• Confidence in engaging passive candidates.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.
• Experience recruiting across multiple business lines is a benefit.
