Recruiter – Talent Acquisition (Dubai)

About the role

Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a driven Recruiter to join its growing HR team in Dubai. You will be responsible for managing the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding new hires, while ensuring a professional and positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, social media and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate assessments and offers.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver relevant talent.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and provide regular hiring updates.
• Support employer branding and talent acquisition initiatives.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE.
• Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, target‑driven and highly organized personality.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.
