About the role
Allegiance Real Estate is seeking a driven, people‑focused Recruiter to join its growing HR team in Dubai. You will play a key part in attracting top talent and ensuring a smooth hiring journey in a fast‑paced environment.
Key responsibilities
- Manage end‑to‑end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source high‑quality candidates via LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social media.
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews and coordinate assessments.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and deliver suitable talent.
- Maintain candidate pipeline across multiple functions and ensure a professional experience.
Required profile
- 1–2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE.
- Strong sourcing and headhunting abilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple vacancies in a fast‑paced environment.
Required skills
- Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Experience using various job portals for candidate sourcing.
