Recruiter – UAE (Abu Dhabi)

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Recruiter to manage the full recruitment lifecycle for both white‑collar and blue‑collar positions within our UAE construction projects. You will act as the bridge between project needs and top‑tier talent, ensuring the right people are hired to bring our visions to life.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Clarify job requirements, draft targeted job postings, and define search strategies.
• Utilize job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.), social media, and industry networks to attract qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial screenings and coordinate interviews with relevant departments.
• Use aptitude assessment tools to support candidate evaluation.
• Prepare regular reports on open positions and recruitment metrics.
• Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies.
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies, headhunters, and the Public Relations Officer for visa processing.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Several years of recruitment experience, preferably in the UAE construction sector.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal communication, and organizational abilities.
• Passion for social media, IT tools, and independent, meticulous work style.
• Team‑player who thrives in an international environment.
