Recruitment Associate

About the role

The company is looking for a Recruitment Associate to support the recruitment team by identifying and sourcing talent for various positions. The associate works closely with the team to keep a steady flow of qualified candidates and contributes to the company's hiring efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Research the market in depth and analyse it to identify potential candidates for different roles.
• Build and maintain a talent pool so that there is a steady pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Screen CVs and source new candidates through databases, networking, advertising and LinkedIn.
• Build strong relationships with candidates and write reports and present findings, highlighting industry trends and patterns.
• Work with the recruitment team to understand each position's requirements and give recommendations based on candidate research.
• Stay up to date with industry best practices and use sourcing tools and online platforms with attention to detail.

Required profile

• Valid Bachelor's degree.
• At least 1 year of UAE experience in a similar field.
• Ability to build trust and a positive relationship with candidates.
• Strong organisational and time management skills and high attention to detail.
• Candidates must hold a dependent visa; applicants should state their visa status.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage and maintain candidate databases.
