About the role

Join haus & haus, a leading real‑estate agency in Dubai, as a Recruitment Consultant. You will own the full recruitment cycle, helping the company attract and onboard top talent to support its rapid growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for a variety of roles, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and networking.
• Screen CVs, conduct phone interviews and assess candidates for skills, experience and cultural fit.
• Coordinate first and second‑round interviews with hiring managers and provide candidate insights.
• Perform reference checks and basic online research to verify suitability.
• Draft offer letters as needed and collaborate with HR, Admin and Training teams for onboarding.
• Maintain regular check‑ins with new hires before and after start date.
• Create and manage job ads aligned with the employer brand.
• Keep JobAdder and internal spreadsheets up‑to‑date with accurate candidate and vacancy data.
• Track recruitment KPIs, report on sourcing effectiveness, pipeline progress and hiring timelines.
• Ensure confidentiality of candidate and company information.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in real‑estate or a fast‑paced industry.
• Strong organisational skills and keen attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and hiring priorities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), specifically JobAdder.
• Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing platforms.
